The PG203 electric lubrication pump is suitable for progressive lubrication systems.
The PG231E electric lubrication pump is an automatic centralized lubrication pump with excellent performance that can support up to four pump elements.
To adapt to the wind power market, Paguld has developed multiple hydraulic pitch pump stations to provide clean, reliable, and stable power sources for yaw brakes, locking pins, rotor brakes, pitch cylinders, and other components of wind power systems.
Cooperate with the control system to keep the wind turbine always in a windward state, in order to maximize the absorption of wind energy and improve the power generation efficiency of the wind turbine.
The electro-hydraulic directional control valve group adopts an integral plug-in structure, consisting of a main valve body, a filter, check valve, an electromagnetic pilot valve, and a valve spool component, etc. It is a control valve that switches the direction of multiple liquid flows.
The two position four-way and three position four-way proportional directional valves are directly controlled and have a plate structure; Operated by a proportional electromagnet with a central thread, the coil can be disassembled separately, and the control of the electromagnet can be achieved through an external amplification board (model 4WRE) or an integrated amplification board (model 4WREE).
This system meets the lubrication requirements of the gearbox by extending its service life. It can also remove the heat generated by friction during gearbox operation and filter the oil, improve the oil cleanliness, achieve good lubrication, reduce friction, lowering wear, lower the consumption of power and vulnerable parts, so that to extend equipment service life.
Diaphragm couplings are used in doubly fed wind turbines, consisting of brake discs, expansion sleeves, diaphragm assemblies, fiberglass intermediate pipes, and torque limiters.
