Product Overview
To adapt to the wind power market, Paguld has developed multiple hydraulic pitch pump stations to provide clean, reliable, and stable power sources for yaw brakes, locking pins, rotor brakes, pitch cylinders, and other components of wind power systems. Customization can be made according to different requirements, with high power density, good pressure holding performance, and stable flow output.
Hydraulic pitch control is powered by a hydraulic pump, with hydraulic lubricant as the transmission medium and solenoid valves (proportional solenoid valves) as control components. The pitch control of the blade is achieved by converting the radial motion of the cylinder piston rod into the circular motion of the blade.
The hydraulic pitch system directly controls the position of the blades through hydraulic cylinders, which can quickly and accurately adjust the angle of the blades, so as to adapt to different wind speeds and maintain a stable generator speed. Due to the higher control accuracy and more precise position feedback of the hydraulic pitch system, it can better control the output power of the wind turbine, significantly improve the stability and overall power generation quality of the power grid, and effectively reduce the potential impact on the power grid.
The hydraulic pitch system can perform self buffering protection, and the hydraulic lubricant is actually a damping buffer. When the blades are subjected to impact loads, the hydraulic cylinder buffers the impact load, which can reduce the impact and vibration experienced by the wind turbine during operation and extend the service life of the unit. From a reliability perspective, the elastic modulus, density, and moment of inertia of hydraulic lubricant are relatively small compared to rigid contact. The natural frequency of hydraulic pitch control mechanisms is low and less susceptible to vibration frequency interference from generators and gearboxes. The operational reliability of hydraulic mechanisms is relatively high.
The pitch valve group, as an indispensable core component in the hydraulic pitch system, achieves precise control of cylinder displacement through advanced electro-hydraulic directional valve technology. The variable pitch valve group also integrates intelligent safety devices such as pressure alarms, building a solid defense line for the stable operation of the system. The pitch valve group is connected to the piston accumulator and hydraulic cylinder. In the face of emergency situations, it can respond quickly and seamlessly cooperate with the power-off action of the solenoid valve to perform emergency pitch retraction operations, ensuring that the wind turbine can still retract the pitch urgently in the event of power loss, ensuring the safe operation of the unit.
