Paguld intelligent wet oil-gas wheel flange lubrication system is mainly used for rail transit vehicles to reduce wheel-rail wear and thus reduce vehicle maintenance costs. The system is installed on the locomotive and is driven by compressed air. When the locomotive is running, the system will receive a start signal to compress air and the system will start to work; a precise and quantitative lubricant is mixed with compressed air and, under the push of compressed air, sprayed onto the locomotive wheel flange through a nozzle. Through the continuous rotation of the wheel, the lubricant is sequentially transmitted to the next wheel, ensuring that all wheels of the vehicle are lubricated.
