Application

Lubrication and sealing of pitch and yaw bearing systems in wind power generation equipment using centralized grease or lubricant injectors. Suitable for lubrication and sealing in other equipment operating under low-speed heavy load conditions, and for bearings requiring load resistance and long-term lubrication. Operating temperature range: -40°C to 120°C.

Application Progress

In the Pitch Grease Localization Project of Envision, after multiple rounds of bench testing and on-site trials, our grease's performance has not only matched but surpassed the level of imported greases. Additionally, it has obtained technical certification from Rothe Erde, the major bearing supplier for Envision. Currently, our grease has been extensively applied in Envision's wind turbines, serving over ten thousand units.
