Product Overview

This high-pressure plate filter can be directly installed on the system’s valve block to further remove or block impurities caused by external contamination or component wear. It is particularly suitable for automatic control systems and servo systems. It prevents premature wear or jamming of high-precision control and actuating components due to contamination, thus reducing faults and extending component lifespan. The filter has a differential pressure indicator that signals when the filter element is clogged, indicating the need for cleaning or replacement when the pressure differential reaches 0.5 MPa. Compared to traditional filters, it has a compact structure, small size, and uses imported glass fiber filter media, offering high filtration precision, strong flow capacity, low initial pressure, and high dirt-holding capacity. The filtration precision is rated as absolute, with β3, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200 and filtration efficiency n ≥ 995%. It meets ISO standards.
