Progressive Lubrication System

The PG-SSV Distributor is a plunger-type distributor that supplies a fixed amount of grease per cycle. By blocking one outlet, the grease from the blocked outlet can be directed to the next outlet, effectively doubling the distributor's outlet discharge volume and meeting varying grease requirements for different lubrication points.

Product Overview

The main feature of the PG-SSV Distributor is that the outlets dispense in a progressive sequence, with each subsequent outlet dispensing only after the previous one has done so. This feature allows for monitoring the distributor's operation using visual or electronic monitoring devices.

The distributor can have 6-24 outlets (all even numbers) and can use grease up to NLGI2# or grease with a viscosity greater than 40 cSt. The design avoids the use of easily damaged non-metallic seals; it features a compact sliding valve structure and high-pressure end-face sealing (metal contact sealing) to meet the demands of high and low-temperature applications.
