Product Overview

The clamp lubrication component is designed and developed to address the problem of insufficient lubrication in wind turbine zero angle pitch control. It is installed on the drive gear and rotates together with the drive gear. The grease distribution plate is connected to a fixed bracket through a shaft, and the copper tube on the grease distribution plate is inserted into the tooth root of the drive gear to achieve fixed-point lubrication. It can effectively solve the technical problems of high working intensity, high cost, inability to add lubricating grease to the working tooth surface that frequently rotates and meshes at small angles, and inability to ensure even lubrication of the working tooth surface across the entire meshing tooth width in gear lubrication systems.
