Description
The dual-line lubrication system is composed of the supply unit, the dual-line distribution unit, the pressure monitoring unit,the change-over unit, pipeline accessories and the control unit.
The dual-line lubrication system transports the lubricant to the dual-line distribution unit by two main pipelines; each port of the dual-line distribution unit serves only one lubrication point, and its flow rate is adjustable (the flow rate of some dual-line distribution units can be pre-set) to provide the precise amounts of lubricant.
The difference between the dual-line lubrication system and the single-line lubrication system is that the dual-line system switches the main pipeline by identifying the pressure signals of the two main pipelines through the control unit, and then completes the lubrication process.
It is mainly used by large equipment that requires centralized lubrication.
