Product Overview

The PG340 series single line distributor is a single port pre lubrication distributor used for single line centralized lubrication systems (oil lubrication and fluid grease lubrication). This single line distributor can be installed inside the base. This single line distributor, combined with a base with 1 to 6 ports, provides flexible options for the lubrication system design of the equipment. The 340 series dedicated base can be made of aluminum and stainless steel. The available measurement is 0.01-0.16cm ³. There is a scale on the measuring head that displays the amount of lubricant. In order to better distinguish different displacements, the lubricating oil measuring head is made of brass, and the fluid lubricating grease measuring head is made of nickel plated brass. The measuring head made of stainless steel is untreated. According to the selected amount, the lubrication point pipeline can be connected to the measuring head through a Pangu quick connector or a non welded pipeline connector (DIN 3862). The lubrication point pipelines that can be connected are metal pipes, plastic pipes, or hoses with metal pipe joints. The diameter of the lubrication point pipeline connected is 4mm.
